Refund Policy

Tuition Fee Refund Rules

1. The sum of £75 registration fee is non-refundable

2. The College fees paid is only refundable if I am refused entry Visa to the UK on reasons due to the College’s failure in its obligation towards my application. For example, if  Entry Visa or an Application is refused because funds required in my account to support my application are not enough or available as required  in line with the UKBA or Immigration rules, no refund will be made by the College. Another of several possible Examples is, if any requirements of the Immigration Rules are not satisfied or where fraudulent or forged documents, false information or misrepresentation are held or found to have been employed or evident in the processing or support of My Application.

3. To claim a refund of fee paid, the College requires that the following original letter of refusal from British Embassy/High Commission, the appeal form and other documents issued by the embassy, and those supplied to the prospective student by the College. If however, fees were refunded, the College would retain the administration charge of £200 from the tuition fee deposit paid.

4. In addition to the above, the College would make no refund of fees where the College document (e.g. Confirmation of Acceptance to Study) has been used to procure extension of leave with the Immigration department or where a CAS has been issued and the applicant failed to submit their application to the relevant embassy for consideration.

5. Where allegations of false representation, failure to declare material facts or fraudulent application are made by the entry clearance officer, Immigration Officer or Secretary of State the College will not consider any request for refund.

6. Fee paid is for one academic year and is for tuition only. It does not include accommodation, books, examination fees or other cost associated with completing the course.

7. Where full fees are yet to be paid, the fact of refusal of Entry Clearance or Visa Application does not discharge the applicant from the liability to complete the tuition fee payment.

8. KCBC is not part nor an extension of the British Immigration Department, therefore contract made with the College stands notwithstanding the refusal of extension of leave hence we are not under any obligation to make any refund, rather any fees owed must be paid.
